22 AAC 20.365. Timeframe for issuance of parole violation warrant

(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, the board will issue a parole violation warrant on or before the date parole is due to expire.

(b) Despite (a) of this section, the board will, in its discretion, issue a warrant after the expiration date if the parolee was arrested on or before the expiration date or if the parolee is alleged to have committed a violation under 22 AAC 20.350(a) -(b) during the parole period and the board learns of the violation after the date parole expired.
