22 AAC 20.360. Basis for revocation and no immunity

Except as provided in 22 AAC 20.273, any behavior that could constitute a parole violation occurring after the parolee has been granted parole may be used as the basis for parole revocation. Neither the parole officer nor any other person may grant immunity from possible revocation on behalf of the board.
