22 AAC 20.277. Victim notification of release on mandatory parole

A victim who has requested notification of the prisoner's release, and who has provided the commissioner with a current, valid mailing address, will be provided with the following information by the department:

(1) the expected date of release of the prisoner;

(2) the expected geographic area of release of the prisoner;

(3) the conditions of parole of the prisoner, without the prisoner's address; and

(4) the address of the parole office in Alaska that is expected to be responsible for the supervision of the prisoner.
