Section 260. Refusal to sign order of parole

22 AAC 20.260. Refusal to sign order of parole

If a prisoner granted discretionary parole refuses to sign the order of parole, the prisoner will not be released on parole. The board will again review the prisoner's case at the next regularly scheduled board hearing at the correctional facility where the prisoner is housed. Refusal by the prisoner to sign the conditions of parole will, in the board's discretion, result in the board rescinding parole.
