22 AAC 20.225. Reasons for modification

The board will, in its discretion, change the conditions of parole for the following reasons:

(1) a condition is no longer necessary for either the protection of the public or rehabilitation of the parolee;

(2) an additional condition is necessary because of changed circumstances, for either the protection of the public or rehabilitation of the parolee;

(3) the board determines that a condition is inappropriate because of changed circumstances; or

(4) any other reason deemed sufficient by the board.
