22 AAC 20.080. Further restriction of discretionary parole eligibility

If, under former AS 33.15.230 or AS 12.55.115 , the court restricts eligibility for discretionary parole for a term greater than that required under former AS 33.15.080 or AS 33.16.100 , a prisoner is not eligible for parole until that additional term has been served.
