Section 352. Restitution center consideration

22 AAC 05.352. Restitution center consideration

(a) To be eligible for consideration for placement at a restitution center under 22 AAC 05.350, the prisoner must

(1) be classified at either the minimum or community custody level;

(2) meet the criteria set out in AS 33.30.161 ;

(3) not be an escape risk;

(4) agree to remain at the center at all times except while at work or a community service project, while traveling to or from work or a community service project or an approved job interview, or during an approved emergency absence or furlough; and

(5) acknowledge an understanding of 22 AAC 05.355.

(b) A prisoner placed in a restitution center who is classified minimum custody may not be permitted in the community unless under constant supervision.
