22 AAC 05.316. Furlough

A prisoner may be granted a prerelease or short-duration furlough for a purpose listed in AS 33.30.101 (a), after consideration of the factors in AS 33.30.101 (b) and after meeting the criteria set out in 22 AAC 05.321 or 22 AAC 05.326, as appropriate.
