Section 370. Disclosure to governor, legislature, or grand jury

21 AAC 20.370. Disclosure to governor, legislature, or grand jury

If the ombudsman determines that a confidential record produced by an agency should be disclosed under AS 24.55.200 to the governor, the legislature, or a grand jury in order for the ombudsman to seek review of a finding, opinion or recommendation, the ombudsman will, in his discretion, return the record to the agency that produced it and recommend its disclosure by the agency to the governor, the legislature, or the grand jury, as applicable.
