21 AAC 10.220. Employee records

The provisions of AS 39.25.080 apply to personnel records of the office. Personnel records of the office of the ombudsman that are required to be kept confidential under AS 39.25.080 are not open for examination or inspection by the public, a federal or state agency, or a political subdivision of the state.
