Section 230. Submission of competitive grant application

20 AAC 40.230. Submission of competitive grant application

(a) Unless otherwise stated in the grant notice given under 20 AAC 40.225, an application for a competitive grant must be submitted on a form provided by the authority. To be considered for a competitive grant, an applicant must include in the grant application the information requested in the application form. The authority will consider grant applications received on or before the date provided in the grant notice.

(b) If a grant project requires that the successful grantee contribute a portion of the costs of the project from another source, the applicant must acknowledge and agree to that requirement in the grant application and identify each proposed source of those contributions.

(c) A not-for-profit entity must submit documentation supporting its nonprofit status with its application.

(d) Upon request of the authority, the applicant must submit documentation supporting information and statements contained in the application.
