20 AAC 30.955. Cash requests; certification that grant is authorized for receipt

(a) A grantee receiving a grant award of $1,000 or more for a project or program that exceeds three months shall file a cash request on a form provided by the council.

(b) The council may not disburse funds to a grantee that has not certified that its governing body has authorized receipt of the grant.
