20 AAC 17.125. Revocation, suspension, conditioning, or refusal of authorization

The commission will, in its discretion, refuse to issue or renew an authorization to operate, or will, in its discretion, initiate proceedings to revoke, suspend, or condition an authorization to operate a postsecondary institution if the institution

(1) violates a provision of AS 14.48 or a regulation adopted by the commission;

(2) furnishes false, misleading, or incomplete information to the commission, or fails to furnish information requested by the commission; or

(3) violates a commitment made in an application for a request for authorization to operate an institution.
