20 AAC 16.005. Purpose of the AlaskAdvantage education grant program

The AlaskAdvantage education grant program provides higher education grants to residents of this state attending institutions eligible under 20 AAC 16.021 and who demonstrate financial need based on a methodology allowable under 34 C.F.R. 692 and the standard cost of attendance at an Alaska institution. This grant award is available to an eligible student to pay allowable costs of attendance that exceed the sum of any other non-loan financial aid provided to the student.
