Section 750. Loan deferment

20 AAC 15.750. Loan deferment

(a) Except where otherwise specified in AS 14.43.170 - 14.43.175 and 20 AAC 15.700 - 20 AAC 15.795, a borrower may defer payments after the beginning of the repayment period in accordance with the conditions set out in 20 AAC 15.965.

(b) Repealed 12/31/2005.

(c) Repealed 12/31/2005.

(d) A deferment that is subject to a maximum term limit will be considered to have been exhausted when used for the maximum period of time for one or more loans awarded to a borrower.

(e) A borrower who has received a deferment shall immediately notify the commission when the condition under which the deferment was granted no longer exists.

(f) An endorser may not obtain a deferment.
