Section 540. Duties of student recipient

20 AAC 15.540. Duties of student recipient

(a) The student recipient must sign a statement on the promissory note that the student recipient will comply with the requirements of this section. Commission staff may not make loan disbursements to a student recipient who has not complied with a requirement of this section.

(b) Within 30 days after the change, a student recipient shall report in writing to the commission any change that affects the conditions of a loan, including any change of the student recipient's name, address, or state residency status, or the student's change of institution, change in dates of attendance, change in attendance from full-time status, change in enrollment status, or withdrawal or dismissal from the course of study for which the loan was awarded.

(c) A student recipient must maintain full-time enrollment as a student in good standing as described in 20 AAC 15.945 and must comply with the conditions placed on a student under that section.
