(a) Federal consolidation loans will be serviced in accordance with 34 C.F.R. 682.208.
(b) Repayment begins no later than 60 days from the date the federal consolidation loan is disbursed and must be repaid in accordance with 34 C.F.R. 682.209.
(c) The minimum monthly payment on a federal consolidation loan is $50, unless the borrower and the commission staff agree to an alternate repayment amount.
