20 AAC 05.1990. Appraised value

(a) The commission will determine appraised values of entry permits on a monthly basis to carry out the purposes of AS 16.10.333 - 16.10.339 and AS 44.81.230 - 44.81.250. Requests for interim reevaluation of appraised values will not be considered except from the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development or the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agricultural Bank.

(b) Appraised values will be based upon the best information available to the commission as compiled from the Request for Permanent Transfer of Entry Permit forms which are completed by all transferors and proposed transferees and from other sources the commission considers appropriate.
