Section 130. Transcript of hearing

18 AAC 95.130. Transcript of hearing

Hearings must be tape recorded. At any time after the close of the hearing, a party may request a transcript of the hearing from the department. Except for good cause shown, the party requesting the transcript shall pay the cost of the transcript and all requested copies of it before the party may take possession of the transcript.
