18 AAC 95.100. Proposed findings

Within three days of the close of the hearing, a party may serve upon the commissioner or his designee and all other parties proposed findings of fact. The proposed findings are intended only as an aid to the commissioner or his designee, and a ruling on the acceptance or rejection of the proposed findings is not required.
