Section 130. External limits in controlled areas

18 AAC 85.130. External limits in controlled areas

Except as provided in sec. 140 of this chapter, no registrant shall possess, use, receive, or transfer sources of ionizing radiation in such a manner as to cause any individual in a controlled area to receive in any period of one calendar quarter, from all sources of ionizing radiation on the registrant's possession, a dose in excess of the limits specified in Table III.
