18 AAC 80.007. Certified operator requirements

The following public water systems must be actively supervised as described in 18 AAC 74.010 and 18 AAC 74.410 by operators who are certified in accordance with AS 46.30 and 18 AAC 74:

(1) all Class A public water systems;

(2) a Class B public water system that uses a surface water or GWUDISW source.
