18 AAC 72.065. Certified operator requirement for certain domestic wastewater systems

The owner or operator of a domestic wastewater system that has 100 or more service connections or that is used, or intended for use, by 500 or more people per day shall ensure that the system is operated by a person certified under 18 AAC 74.
