18 AAC 62.980. Definitions for, and revisions to, regulations adopted by reference

(a) In this chapter, where federal regulations other than 40 C.F.R. Part 279 have been adopted by reference, other federal definitions, promulgated and published as 40 C.F.R. 260.10, as revised as of July 1, 2002, are also adopted by reference unless otherwise specified and except as modified by this chapter. For purposes of 40 C.F.R. Part 279, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 62.511, the definitions set out or referenced in 40 C.F.R. 279.1 apply, unless otherwise specified and except as modified by this chapter.

(b) Repealed 8/8/2003.
