Section 920. Adoption by reference of federal regulations

18 AAC 36.920. Adoption by reference of federal regulations

(a) Parts 160 - 162 of the regulations governing the accreditation of veterinarians and supervision or revocation of such accreditation by the United States Department of Agriculture as contained in Title 9, Chapter I, Code of Federal Regulations, revised January 1, 1981, are adopted by reference.

(b) References in the federal regulations adopted by reference in (a) of this section to United States governmental officials and agencies will be construed to refer to the corresponding officials and agencies of the State of Alaska.
