Section 840. Food handling

18 AAC 30.840. Food handling

(a) Medicine requiring refrigeration must be stored in a manner which will not contaminate food. Any medicine kept in a refrigerator must be labeled with the name of the user, the name of the medicine, and the dosage. Medicines must be grouped together.

(b) Food preparation areas must be separated by a self-closing door, gate, or similar barrier to limit foot-traffic access.
