18 AAC 30.820. Ventilation

(a) The introduction of cold air into a room must be arranged to prevent drafts on occupants.

(b) Smoking is not permitted indoors in the presence of children in day care centers or pre-elementary schools.

(c) If smoking is allowed in residential facilities, designated smoking and nonsmoking areas must be provided.

(d) Designated smoking areas in facilities must be provided with natural or mechanical ventilation sufficient to provide fresh air and to prevent the accumulation of smoke and smoke odors.
