17 AAC 70.330. Right to refuse dockage

The Alaska Marine Highway System may, without incurring responsibility for demurrage, loss, or damage, refuse any vessel the right to land at any marine highway system terminal facility if, in the view of the local terminal facility manager, the weather, wind, tide, current, seas, or other conditions make a scheduled landing unsafe for the terminal facility or the vessel.
