Section 200. Baggage

17 AAC 70.200. Baggage

Baggage checking facilities are not provided on vessels or terminals of the ferry system. A vehicle is normally provided for transfer of passengers' baggage between terminals and vessels. The handling of baggage or personal belongings by employees of the ferry system will be as an accommodation only to the passenger. The ferry system will assume no responsibility for the transfer of baggage and will not be liable for damage to or loss of such baggage by its negligence or otherwise, and no claim will be accepted or considered for such damage or loss.
