17 AAC 38.055. Traffic control devices

The department will, in its discretion, or the department's contractor or agent may, based on safety considerations, restrict passage through the tunnel via posted signs and traffic control devices that limit the number of classes of vehicles, the manner of operation of a vehicle, or the transportation of materials through the tunnel. The driver of a motor vehicle using the tunnel must obey applicable posted signs and traffic control devices.
