Section 10. Maximum size limitation of buses

17 AAC 28.010. Maximum size limitation of buses

To operate on a state highway, a bus may not exceed the following maximum limitations:

(1) the width, including equipment, of no greater than 120 inches; and

(2) the length, including equipment, of no longer than 50 feet for a non-articulated bus and the length, including equipment, of no longer than 65 feet for an articulated bus.
