17 AAC 15.501. Eligibility for relocation reimbursement

If railroad facilities are ordered by the department, under AS 02.15.104 , AS 19.25.020 , or AS 35.10.220 to be relocated in order to accommodate construction, a railroad that has railroad facilities occupying a department right-of-way is eligible for reimbursement for the cost of the relocation.
