17 AAC 15.161. Underground crossings on controlled-access highways

(a) Underground facility crossings of a controlled-access highway, existing as of 5/23/82 or proposed for construction after that date, may not be maintained from within the controlled-access limits.

(b) New underground crossings must be as nearly perpendicular to the highway centerline as practicable.
