Section 15. Removal after expiration of encroachment permit

17 AAC 10.015. Removal after expiration of encroachment permit

Upon the expiration of the term of an encroachment permit issued under 17 AAC 10.011, or upon the revocation of an encroachment permit by the department, a permittee is responsible for the cost of removing improvements placed within the right-of-way, at no cost of the department, unless the permit provides that the encroachment may remain in place after the permit expires or is revoked.
