15 AAC 154.420. Evaluation criteria

The Corporation will evaluate applications for capital or operating grants based on the following criteria:

(1) the applicant's experience and qualifications;

(2) the extent to which the applicant's proposal meets a legitimate housing need; and

(3) the extent to which the applicant's proposal coordinates the efforts of other social service and housing providers and demonstrates community support.
