15 AAC 152.080. Teacher housing

'Teacher housing" means a multi-family residence in a small community of the state as defined in AS 18.56.580 (d)(2) that may be non-owner occupied or is occupied by the owner. "Multi-family" means housing which consists of two or more living units.
