Section 750. Posting of bond

15 AAC 150.750. Posting of bond

An aggrieved party who files a protest or claim under 15 AAC 150.740 shall secure and post a bond, for the benefit of the Corporation, in the amount of $750. In the event that the appropriate Corporation officer or, if an appeal is taken, the chief procurement officer decides against the protester or claimant, in whole or in part, the appropriate Corporation officer or chief procurement officer, as applicable, may also order that the value of the bond be used to pay for the expenses of the hearing.
