15 AAC 150.650. Conflict of interest

In addition to other requirements imposed on a bidder or a party submitting a proposal, a bidder in submitting a sealed bid shall declare in an affidavit whether a board member or employee of the Corporation has a financial, business, or familial interest in the property or with the bidder.
