Section 100. Minimum health and safety standards

15 AAC 150.100. Minimum health and safety standards

The Corporation will not originate or purchase a loan for any property which presents a threat to health or safety known by the Corporation, unless the threat will be eliminated through the application of the proceeds of the loan. The Corporation will not undertake to independently discover any threat to health or safety with respect to the property, and the Corporation does not warrant the safety of any property as a result of the provisions of this section.
