Section 40. Lapse of allocation

15 AAC 140.040. Lapse of allocation

Any portion of an allocation that is unused on November 30 lapses on November 30 unless the committee has received a certification of intended use or a request for carryforward election allowable under 26 U.S.C. 146(f).
