Section 90. Meetings

15 AAC 118.090. Meetings

(a) Regular Meetings. All regular meetings of the authority must be noticed in a newspaper of general circulation not more than two weeks, nor less than five days, prior to the meeting.

(b) Special Meetings. Special meetings may be held upon the call of the chairperson or any three members of the board. The call must designate the time and place of the meeting and the public notified of the special meeting in a manner reasonable under circumstances which shall include notice in a newspaper of general circulation.

(c) Public Meetings. All meetings of the authority are open to the public, though a member may move to hold any portion of the meeting in executive session. Only those subjects set out in AS 44.62.310 (c) and specified in the motion may be discussed in executive session.
