15 AAC 118.050. Records and reports

(a) An applicant and operator or proposed operator must, by signed resolution of their individual boards of directors, make all books and records available to the authority, executive director and agents of the authority, for inspection at any reasonable time during the pendency of the application and, if the authority approves the bond issue, for the time during which any bonds remain outstanding.

(b) The applicant and operator or proposed operator shall keep accurate books and records showing the financial status of the medical facility and shall annually file financial statements with the authority.
