Section 230. Authority to delegate

15 AAC 112.230. Authority to delegate

(a) The board will, in its discretion, delegate its authority under the procurement regulations to a public official. A delegation of authority must be in writing.

(b) The board may revoke authority that it has delegated. The revocation must be in writing.
