Section 740. Civil penalties

15 AAC 21.740. Civil penalties

For unpaid taxes to which 15 AAC 21.730(a) applies, the civil penalties provided by AS 43.05.220 will be imposed beginning the day after the starting date specified in the applicable paragraph of that section.
