15 AAC 21.110. Gross production revenue

A taxpayer's gross production revenue during a year from a production interest in a lease or property is the value at the point of production of the taxpayer's gross share of the oil and gas produced from (or allocated to) that lease or property; however, oil or gas that is used, flared or unavoidably lost in the production operations for the lease or property or is injected into a reservoir in the course of the operations for the same field, may not be included in determining the taxpayer's gross production revenue from that or any other lease or property.
