13 AAC 85.250. Personnel reports

(a) The name and address of each newly appointed probation, parole, correctional, or municipal correctional officer, and other pertinent information concerning the officer must be reported within 30 days after the date the probation, parole, correctional, or municipal correctional officer is appointed.

(b) If a probation, parole, correctional, or municipal correctional officer resigns or is terminated from the correctional agency, the resignation or termination, and the reasons for the resignation or termination, must be reported to the council within 30 days after the date of resignation or termination.

(c) The council will supply forms for the notification required in (a) and (b) of this section. The council will keep the information, and will, upon request, furnish it to an agency that has hired or is considering the hire of a person who resigned or was terminated from employment as a probation, parole, correctional, or municipal correctional officer.
