13 AAC 70.140. Registration for vehicle registered elsewhere

The department will issue "No Alaska Title Issued" (NTI) registration only in the name of the owner shown on the records of the other state where the vehicle is registered. Lienholders recorded on the certificate of registration for another state will be shown on the NTI registration card issued by Alaska.
