Section 340. State employee qualifications

13 AAC 67.340. State employee qualifications

A state employee may not be issued a limited process server license unless the employee

(1) meets the qualifications set out in 13 AAC 67.020(a) (1) - (a)(5) and 13 AAC 67.020(b) (1); and

(2) successfully completes process service training provided by the department.
