13 AAC 63.130. Validity of prior approval and certificates

(a) A certificate issued to a breath test operator or supervisor under 7 AAC 30.005 - 7 AAC 30.190 remains valid until its expiration date.

(b) Breath test instruments, associated equipment, and training courses approved under 7 AAC 30.005 - 7 AAC 30.190 remain approved under 13 AAC 63.010 - 13 AAC 63.900 unless the scientific director orders otherwise.
