Section 90. School location

13 AAC 25.090. School location

No license may be issued nor may a renewal of a license be made for conducting a driver training school if the school or branch of it is located within 1,000 feet of a state trooper's office or of a building owned or leased by the state, a borough or city in which examinations for drivers' licenses are conducted. This distance of 1,000 feet shall be measured along the public streets by the nearest route from the school or branch of it to the other building.
